Dreams and Memories are Built in Ocean Shores...

~OCEAN SHORES WA~

OceanShores was a great town to grow up in. My family has lived there twice in my life. There is just something that always draws us back to the beach. I have such fond memories of my time attending Ocean Shores Elementary. A spaced filled with the laughter of children and Mrs. Crocker reminding us to "walk in a straight line" and be orderly to the lunch room; Or memories of picnics at the beach as a family filled with Peanut butter sandwiches, flying kites and smiles that are stamped on my heart.

After starting my career, it was only natural that I would somehow share my talent in “Home matchmaking” with the residents of the community.  Today, I get the joy of sharing with you all one of the most unique properties I have experienced in my career.  213 Over Lake St is a ranch style home with a spacious layout. It hosts a great master bedroom with access to the large porch and hot tub under the stars, 2 bathrooms and many upgraded features and has already been converted to be ADA compliant. It borders Weatherwax preserve and is nestled next to Duck lake for a serene secluded park like setting all while being close to the elementary school and the beach! The options for year round activities are endless!

This small town on the Ocean has enough great features to make a stay-cation of a lifetime right in your backyard! The WEATHERWAX property is a unique coastal rainforest that is owned by the City of Ocean Shores and protected by its residents. This park space is a dream for outdoor enthusiasts with trails, bird watching, wildlife tracking and rare plants that have been an attraction for worldwide master gardeners.   The Canal and Duck Lake are great places to fish, pedal boat, splash and play. The shops of Point Brown Ave bring everything from unique kite shops, foods of near and far, trinkets and toys. My favorite place to eat is Home Port Family restaurant for their amazing staff and great food- a true testament to the warm nature of the residents.

The winter storm season is one of the prettiest and most exciting time for locals. If you move to Ocean Shores in the winter months it is highly recommended that you get bundled up and go watch a storm at the Jetty.  When the seals outnumber the people on the beach and the footprints become fewer and fewer. Locals rejuvenate with the crisp air and the quiet beaches to take in the scenery and maybe even find a treasure or two while beach-combing  Out of all the memories I have as a girl.  I remember storm season the most.  It was so scary, fun and exciting all at the same time.

As a local I know what unique needs you may have when buying or selling your home. Let me show why more people have chosen me to be their Broker in Washington State with a short meeting or video call.

This is just the “tip of the Jetty” of all Ocean shores has to offer you! Come and see it for yourself! See you at the Beach!
